Speed boats and Yachts are the fastest way to get across to Alibag (Mandwa) from Mumbai. The trip takes approximately 15-30 minutes and a trip can be arranged on request.
Alternately regular catamaran and ferry services are available from Gateway of India to Mandwa and a ferry wharf Revas.

From Mumbai
To reach Alibag by road take the Mumbai-Goa national highway (NH-17). At wadkar (Naka) crossing, which is a little 8km ahead of Pen, continue straight and you will be in Alibag.
From Pune
Take the Mumbai – Pune expressway and take the exit for Khopoli. From there drive towards Pen and then in 30kms cross the Mumbai – Goa highway to head towards Alibag. |
